Canapes:

• Miniature gourment beef burgers with sauteed onions & BBQ sauce

• Crostini bread topped with avocado and sun dried tomato

• Miniature vegetable spring rolls served with a sweet & sour dipping sauce

• Popcorn chicken bites with a sweet chilli sauce

• One bite potato latkes served with cinnamon sugar

• Fish and chips served in cones

Show stopping food station:

• Shawarma station

       Shawarma carved fresh from the rotisserie

       Served in warm pitta bread with a selection of salads

 

 

Plated meal

Starter

• Aromatic duck salad

  Orange & fig segments & a sweet baby leaf salad

   With pomegranate seeds a drizzle of hoisin sauce

 

Main course

• Half a poussin roasted in a lemon and herb rub,

  roasted baby potatoes, sweet & sour red cabbage in ramekins

  Served with seasonal vegetables

 

Dessert

• Trio of desserts - A choice of three miniature dessert

        Lemon meringue tart, chocolate mousse served in a shot             glass served with vanilla ice cream on a bed of crumble

 

After dinner

• Hot drinks & mints
