Shawarma carved fresh from the rotisserie. Served in warm pitta bread with houmous, matbucha, tahina, aubergine salad, Israeli salad & pickled cucumbers

Hot salt beef station
Freshly carved salt beef served to your guests. On rye bread with hot mustard and sweet pickled cucumbers. Served with thick cut chips.

Duck station
Aromatic shredded duck with cucumber, spring onions and hoisin sauce. Rolled in a traditional Chinese pancake.

Tortilla Bar
Classic soft Tacos filled with Slow cooked pulled beef Barbacoa OR Chicken Tinga in adobo sauce Spicy Salsa, Pico de gallo fresh salsa, Esquites sweet corn salad Vegetable slaw, shredded lettuce, Pickled onions, Sour cream (p) & lime wedges.

Chinese station
Sweet & sour chicken and bbq lamb spare ribs. Served with either egg fried rice or noodles in a sesame & soy glaze and edamame beans. Served in bamboo boats.

Burger & hot dog station
Burgers & hot dogs grilled freshly at your event, served in a sesame or hot dog bun. With sautéed onion & side salad. Includes a selection of condiments.

Cured salmon bar
Carved beetroot cured salmon and citrus & dill gravlax salmon Served on granary bread with lemon wedges, capers, pickled shallots Tartar sauce & horseradish sauce.

Sushi bar
Watch our sushi master prepare sushi in front of your eyes. A variety of fish and vegetable sushi. With soy sauce, pickled ginger & wasabi.

Caviar & Vodka tasting bar
Unlimited Russian caviar served on blinis. Served with a shot of Grey Goose vodka.
